- Home address inc. full postcode
- Venue address inc. full postcode
- Home and mobile telephone numbers
- Approx. number of guests and idea of ages
- Any songs you wish to be played
In compliance with new GDPR data laws, the above info is only retained for the purposes of this booking.
I will only contact you again after the booking is completed via email to ask for feedback about the event and will not retain your information to contact you again without your permission.
